Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): up to 13 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal disruptions.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing in your country and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue isn't resolved, contact us at InfoJobSiteCo@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to assist in redirecting the shipment where possible.
